The Company’s philosophy remains unchanged – promotion of the Ukrainian culture. Each Ukrainian region is famous for its unique food and cooking techniques. The Puzata Hata offers to try dishes, which are considered pearls of the regional cuisines. Driven by the mentioned philosophy, starting from October 01, the Puzata Hata holds a special promotion called “Regional Cuisine Days”. Volyn will be the first to open the program. You will have a chance to try traditional specialties of the “blue-eyed” Volyn, the region of blue lakes and thick forests.
You can try the Volyn style mazuryk, kapustnyak, pundyk (cake), Polissia vertun (patties), mushroom soup with beans, mushroom hotpot, beef in sour cream, millet sausage, potato and cheese perogies, “lazy” perogies (quick perogies), cranberry fool, and many other dishes characteristic of this region.
Later on we will offer our visitors the Sloboda cuisine and other unique and versatile dishes from other regions of our country.
